Our experience comes from decades of working in a variety of projects in a wide range of industries and all kinds of scale and complexity. We like to think we have seen it all (of course, we haven’t). In particular, we have seen how projects succeed and fail. We have seen effective, robust systems being run by small businesses, as well as large organisations undertaking projects with no systems to speak of, or ineffective systems that don’t work. Most of our projects have been engineering and construction projects, but this includes buildings, bridges, roads, wharves and harbours, airports, locomotive refurbishment, shipbuilding, oil and gas infrastructure, and other resource development projects.
